1-Wire Humidity Module

             The perfect companion for the TAI8515 Weather Instrument, the TAI8540D 1-Wire® Humidity Module can be installed on any existing 1-Wire® network. Based on the HIH-4000 humidity sensor, manufactured by Honeywell, and using the DS2438 IC from Dallas Semiconductors as a 1-Wire  front end and a A/D converter, the  TAI8540D not only permits to measure the relative humidity, but also the temperature.

            The unit obtains the power it needs directly from the 1-Wire® network, without any need for an external power supply.          

         As with all 1-Wire® devices, it comes with a unique 64 bit address,  so multiple units can be distinguished on complex networks.

            The  TAI8560 Thermocouple Adapter Module  is a DS2760 based module specifically designed to interface type E,J or K thermocouples to a 1-Wire based LAN. The module includes a temperature sensor at the connector side that allow to the main software to calculate the cold junction compensation.

The  DS9097U-S09 Universal 1-Wire COM Adapter is a sophisticated RS232 to 1-Wire Adapter which performs RS232 level conversion and actively generates the 1-Wire communication signals. Together with an adequate TMEX software driver it enables an IBM-compatible PC directly read all and write non-EPROM iButton devices connected to the adapter.

                The DS9490R is a USB bridge with 1-Wire RJ11 interface to accommodate 1-Wire receptacles and networks. The DS1402D-DR8 (Blue Dot™) can readily be used in conjunction with the DS9490R to create an iButton PC reader.

                The DS9490 can be used with the 1-Wire Weather Instrument and with any of the 1-Wire modules offered by AAG Alectronica LLC.

                The adapters is based on the DS2490 USB to 1-Wire bridge chip. PC software drivers for Windows ® 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, and Windows XP can be found on the iButton website
